Senior leaders seek me out when they have serpentine challenges, or ideas they want to sculpt. Problems like these rarely sit in one lane, and neither have I.

I work with senior leaders when the business challenge cannot be separated from the organization around it: during major transactions and integrations, shifts in strategy, changes in leadership, and moments when decisions, relationships, and competing interests have become difficult to untangle.

Sometimes, though, the sky is blue. There is no crisis to resolve, only an idea worth pursuing. Our time together is spent giving that idea shape, movement, and momentum.

My experience includes investment due diligence, more than $80 billion in transactions and major projects, the integration following Bayer's acquisition of Monsanto, Chevron's majore capital project environment, and leadership of Roche's 60+ person global organization consulting and organization development practice.

 

My thinking is wide, my perspective is braided, and my conversation lively. And I believe the best working relationships start in conversation and develop from there.
